Both wings of the lodge have been recently constructed. The west wing was completed in 1992; the east wing was
completed in 1995. Both wings have three levels and and both also have large decks extending out at the second level.
The siding is rough-cut hemlock. Each wing has a 175,000 BTU furance fueled by FREE NATURAL GAS from
wells on the property; 1st and 2nd levels have hot water/baseboard heat zones. In addition, there are two
wood-burning stoves in each wing for supplementary use if desired. Each wing has 2 ceiling vent
fans for summer comfort. The electric service is 200 amp (400 amp availability). Water well (15+
gallons per minute) and septic (3000 gallon system) are in good working order. The buyer will need to
obtain sewage approval, however, as owners have had a permit-exempt status.
